To provide you with the highest quality financial products and services, we need to know certain kinds of information. We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income;
- Information about transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions and credit usage;

Enhancing Your Mortgage Experience
From time to time we engage non-affiliated third parties to perform services for us or perform functions on our behalf. The services a non-affiliated third party may perform for us include servicing customer accounts and marketing our own products or services. In addition we may jointly offer or sponsor financial products or services with other financial institutions. In this situation, we may disclose the information we collect to companies or to other financial institutions that perform services on our behalf. Except for these instances, we do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers to non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. We may, however, share information with non-affiliated third parties if we have your consent, such as when you request it or you ask us to process a transaction that requires us to do so.

These other non-affiliated third parties may also include credit-reporting agencies to which we may report information about your transactions with us. We will also share all the information with our investor at the time we sell your loan to that investor. Other than as mentioned above, we will not share your information with any other non-affiliated third parties, such as vendors of financial and other products.
If we decide to change our policy with regard to the sharing of your information with affiliates and non-affiliated third parties, we will notify you of this policy change and you will have an opportunity to opt out so that you can keep us from sharing your information.
