The system was built to give the individual the power and benefits of a National Lender without the hassle of starting a Branch office, obtaining State and Federal Licensing, and hiring and maintaining office staff. These hassles are all important details when running a branch office, but we’ve found contribute nothing to the Loan Officers income.

As a matter of fact, we’ve found that these necessary details wind up bogging Loan Officers down and greatly decreasing their ability to produce. It’s for this reason that we at Ascent take care of the details for you. Working With a New Company

We know that it can sometimes be intimidating to change to a new company. At Ascent we work very hard to make sure this transition is a positive experience. Once approved, your Business Development Manager (BDM) will personally give you training on all Ascent Programs and Technologies. Which include:

  • How to price and find the right Loan Programs
  • How to pull credit
  • How to submit a loan
  • How to follow your loan on our live 24 hour processing pipeline
  • How to schedule closings
  • How to obtain leads
  • How you get paid (Direct Deposit weekly)
  • How to monitor your benefits and 401k (24 hours a day)

All the answers to the “Who?”, “What?”, “When?”, “Where?”, and “Why’s” can be answered by your BDM. Our BDM isn’t just there to help you get set up. Your BDM is there to serve as you greatest ally in the Mortgage Industry. If you have problems down the road they’ll be there to help. Their sole purpose is to ensure your success, not just today, but for the duration of your career.

Ascent Home Loans knows that as an independent Loan Originator the support you receive is vital to your success. The BDM will introduce you to our full time support staff. The Support Staff are here to help ensure your success by handling licensing, compliance, processing, underwriting, accounting, and benefits. Any questions or concerns you may have can be addressed by both your BDM and our support staff by simply picking up the phone.
